welcome to fattpad, owned and operated independently by Blü and Onyx (herein referred to as “fattpad”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). thank you for being interested in using our website. before you can, though, please read these terms of service, so you know both your rights and our role in your usage of our services.

copyrighted content may be posted to fattpad if proper permission has been given. if copyrighted content has been found to have been posted to fattpad, we reserve the right to question the owner of the account on its legitimacy in posting.

deletion of your account and content

you may permanently delete your account and content. your content can be deleted individually. upon deletion of your account, all content associated with your account will also be deleted. this includes posts, comments, and provided demographics.

we will not keep your content or provided demographics after deletion of your content or account. when you delete it, it's gone.

meeting expectations

we do not provide any warranty for our services or content on our platform. they are provided as presented, as available. we are not liable for content removed by us or our users. we are not liable for any lack of accessibility to our service for any reason, such as server downtime, regional inaccessibility, downtime of utilized third-party services, or other means of inaccessibility.

any content hosted on our platform is the sole responsibility of the user that has posted that content. content that contains any instance of breach of contract, leaking of confidential information, or breaking of any law under any jurisdiction is the sole responsibility of the user that posted it.

we utilize third party services on our platform. by agreeing to our terms of service, you also agree to abide by their terms of service and any other applicable terms or regulations. our platform may also contain links to other websites (such as social media, shop links, etc.) from user-generated content. by accessing these third-party websites and services, you recognize that this is at your own risk. we do not control or explicitly endorse any website or service linked to in user-generated content.

other terms

our terms of service may change at any time, for any reason. if it does, you will be notified through public means and specific means provided by you (i.e. your email). continued use of our platform after any update to our terms of service means that you agree with any changes that have been made to them. in the case that you do not agree to the new terms, you may delete your account and/or stop using our platform and services.

upon account creation, we will store all provided information, such as your username, email address, google account, and password, for the sole purpose of account creation. we do not sell any provided information, personal or impersonal.

our content guidelines

• do not post anything illegal, harmful, or otherwise objectionable to our platform (we reserve the right to determine what is harmful or objectionable).
• do not post anything you do not own. this includes but is not limited to copyrighted content, ai-generated content, and plagiarized content.
• do not use our platform to spread political, religious, radicalized, or other ideologies of any kind. we're not trying to get involved in that.
• adhere to the theme of the platform. you know what this means.
• do not post spam.
